4 heads garlic
8 sprigs fresh oregano
2 whole roaster chicken breasts
(3 1/2 pounds each),
rinsed and patted dry
2 tablespoons olive oil
coarse salt and ground pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice tops from garlic heads, reserving bottoms; arrange tops, cut sides down, in center of an 11-by-17-nch roasting pan. Place 1 sprig oregano over each garlic top, and arrange chicken breasts over garlic.

Place reserved garlic bottoms, cut sides up, next to chicken in pan. Drizzle chicken and garlic bottoms with olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper; place remaining 4 sprigs oregano on top.

ingredients:
1/2 pepper (sweet one)
1/2 zucchini
2 slices onion (5-6mm thick)
2 or 3 mushrooms about 1inch in diameter
500ml/18fl oz of passata
2 beef ham steaks
1 clove of garlic
parmesan cheese
lots and lots of parsley
1 tsp chopped parsley for sauce
1 tsp chopped basil for sauce
wooden cocktail sticks/string
first things first:
1.
dice the pepper, zucchini and mushrooms and onion to be about 2eights of an inch (4mm)

put olive oil in the bottom of a saucepan so the bottom is covered about 1-2mm thick, and then put the peppers, mushrooms and zucchini in, cook them down a little, dont let them colour much just at the edges ... {More...}

2 cups mashed potatoes
1 grated onion
basil, sea salt and nutritional yeast to taste
½ cup roasted, ground and cooked rice
2 tbsp rice flour
rice milk
Blend all ingredients adding just enough rice milk to blend. Turn into oiled pan and bake 20 minutes at 350F. broil 5 minutes to brown if desired. {More...}

¼ cup hot rice/soy milk
½ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp soy or rice flour
½ cup cooked rice (opt)

6 sweet potatoes or yams, cooked and cut in half lengthwise
½ cup joney
juice of 1 orange or 4 tbsp concentrated orange juice
¼ cup oil
pinch ground allspice

1 dozen small white onions
seasoned stock to cover
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp honey
½ tsp tarragon

Skinless and boneless chicken breast halves pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
Ground black pepper, salt
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup finely diced fresh tomatoes or other vegetable of choice
Finely shredded mozzarella cheese substitute
Chopped fresh basil
olive oil
Season insides of pounded chicken breasts with salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Combine rice, tomatoes, cheese, basil and seasonings (pepper, herbs etc) if desired. Spoon rice mixture on top of pounded chicken breasts; fold over and secure sides with wooden picks. Wipe off outsides of chicken breasts with paper towel.

Take a large baking potato, brush the skin with olive oil and sea salt. Bake at high temerature until cooked and skins are crisp.
Whilst baking, grill bacon, butter, onion and mushroom , Salt and Pepper (leave out any ingredients you can't eat) and mix together.
Take the baked potato out of the oven , cut in half and scoop out the middle. Add to Bacon Mix and put back in potatoe.
Sprinkle tops with cheese and heat under the grill for 2 mins. {More...}

Pour 2 litres of milk into a clean pot and heat to at least 180°F, maintaining that temperature for 2 minutes. It is OK if the milk boils. Note: whenever you measure the milk's temerature, be sure to stir the milk for 15-30 seconds to get an overall reading.
Allow the milk to cool to below 100°F, or to room temperature. You can speed up the cooling process by putting the pot into a bath of cool water.
Pour the cooled milk into the plastic batch jar/container.
